Property searching in Worthing
I am currently living at home in London, and are desperately seeking a place of my own somewhere far from here. To add to my need, I have recently begun a new job, working for an internet search specialist on the south coast.
I am not too excited about the prospect of a long commute up and down the line. The cost is prohibitive and the waste of time is immeasurable, but for now it is my reality. In an ideal world what I am looking for is rented accommodation, for example, I have been seen advertisements entitled ‘property to let West Sussex‘. This would be ideal as my new employment is in Worthing. I would be happy to find somewhere temporary to stay in Brighton which is close by, and easy to reach by road or rail. Brighton is a centre for people and companies in my industry and has a lively place to live.
What I would ideally like to do once I have been fully accepted in my new job is to search for a property to buy. Information has recently been published in the media from the Council of mortgage lenders suggesting that their figures for property repossessions is totally inaccurate. They had been expecting more than 75,000, and the figure is closer to 45,000. This is still quite a high figure, but relatively speaking, it shows a growing confidence in a depressed market. Down here in Sussex, there is a growing number of people searching for new homes.
Luckily I am one of those people currently employed, and have subsequently been able to save some money towards a deposit. For now I will be looking to rent, but will soon be on the lookout for somewhere to buy.
Although I am still making the journey every day from London, I am on the mailing list for companies based mainly in East and West Sussex. The adverts that grabbed my attention included ‘Estate Agents Sussex‘. I may not be the only one looking to relocate, as my new company have also received notices entitled ‘commercial property Sussex‘ watch this space!
